Great sea view!

Just stayed for 3 nights and was super impressed! The front sea view room was a game changer. Waking up to the ocean was so refreshing! Plus, the half-board food was tasty, especially the paella-yum! Only thing was the bar service was a bit slow sometimes. Still, overall a nice spot!

Playa serena was a few steps. Located in a great area, short way from many landmarks of Roquetas de Mar. We loved staying at playaluna. 500 feet away there is San Rocco.

quiet area - ideal for resting and chilling out. Service is OK. Pool is fantastic - location on beach is great - animation was good.

food is very poor - Bathroom was clean but very old. Guests smoke in their rooms and on their balcony: we couldn't open the window due to the smoke of siguarettes that came in from the neighbours. You smell it everywhere in the halls. Not enough shops in the area. Food at the chiringitos (beach) is very expensive and poor. No "action" in the area. No real Spanish food in the area, only touristfood.

We had a nice stay with lovely moments at the beach and enjoyed the kids' activities at the pool. The outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace were perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Only downside was that some of the furniture could use a refresh, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 🌞

The room was so far from the lift lighting in corridor was poor as it was faulty and poor signs we ended up in a dead end if that had been a fire we would of been dead the garage opened into the indoor swimming pool people walking through with cases as we swam and left the door open to the garage We were unable to get a drinks in the indoor. Pool area unless you dried off redressed went to the indoor bar and comeback for your swim And the entertainment bigo was in German and Spanish we could not join in the quiz as it was also in Germany and Spanish

This hotel is located in a busy hotell area behind a very industrieal looking part of the country it has a nice pool. this hotel is to busy and the service is terrible the hoetel is run down and overpriced.

I almost considered giving a good review, but then the lukewarm food at dinner was just plain unacceptable, and the bar service took forever-about 20 minutes! On top of that, my room didn't even receive a complimentary welcome gift, just awful for someone like me.

I liked the double room. The location was beautiful and incredible, right by right next to the beautiful beach as well as walking along the promenade, in a busy area. It was just 1 km from Club de Golf Playa Serena.

We were very happy in this hotel. Situation , swimming pools, jaccuzzi... Apartment was great : comfortable, seaview and view on the nature park. Not noisy at all. Clean.

We were lucky having booked only apartment and breakfast, because we found buffet very badly arranged, too crowdy. According to us is the restaurant the only poor item of the Playaluna.

We loved the family studio, perfect for our little kids! The outdoor pool had slides and plenty of sun loungers. The themed dinners were fun, and the staff helped us feel at home, especially during our late arrival. The kids enjoyed the mini golf, too.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities at night.

The hotel is confirming the information I got before booking. Location is oke, it's clean and safe. A good family hotel. Beach is clean. Service is oke and in the restaurant is the service good as even the food. The design is concentrate on massa tourism but oke.

As single person it was a little bit noisy because of the many children wich where walking around. A beach service for drinks should be welcome even as a key wich is working at the beach gate door.The key didn't work and the pool babe didn't want to open this...even not when requested. She doesn't see anything, was playing the sleeping walker how doesn't matter about anything, even not when people are standing on a closed door, asking her because couldn't come inn...but she didn't understand it at all and was absolutely not willing to do that. I missed a fitness location. The employees at the reception desk are working hard and are friendly for the routine standard things, some more information should be welcome.

Hotel best was a gem! The room wasnice and neat, and the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach promenade. The heated indoor pool was a nice touch for some relaxation. Great customer service too, especially when they upgraded our room after a noisy night.

Clean room, friendly staff, the hotel provided a kettle in the room which was perfect for enjoying a warm drink in the mornings, and the complimentary wi-fi allowed us to stay connected and plan our daily outings effortlessly.

Everything was great.

A fantastic beachfront and wonderful breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Complimentary drinks were good surprises.

Room furnishings felt sparse, needing some updates to match the lovely location.
